Richard Chalquest

Biography

A retired American living in San Diego, CA, who had been an avid photographer for many years when traveling around the world several times.  As a part of my interest in photography, I developed skills in the use of Photoshop software. Upon retirement, I discovered that I could use this skill to create some simple art pieces. I attended several Photoshop seminars and converted these techniques for use in art not photography. With the discovery of Painter software, I was able to create paintings and that was the start of my art career.
