Biography

Yoichiro Sakai born in 1994 in Tokyo Japan. After graduated the university college of Art department of photography and took some lessons of the photographer’s course, be growing to professional photographer partly Landscape and Airplane. Now active on European countries and USA for exhibitions and take photos to make works. In the process, I received a lot of awards and be reported in some articles.

It looks like very naturally photo works I want to tell you truly scene from it. So, when I take photos, have original passionate, clear hart and eyes for looking for the beautiful scenes and shoot its moments.

What’s your background?

Yoichiro Sakai born in Tokyo, Japan in 1994, graduated from The Nihon University, college of Art department of Photography in 2018. 

Received the Best category prize of EWAAC (East West Art Award Competition) in London in 2015, since then a lot of awards and exhibited his works in the international art exhibition.

What does it mean to you to win the Collectors Art Prize?

This award gave me the opportunity to get more people interested. I think your evaluation made my works even more valuable. I’m grateful to you.

What do you think is the role of art in the world today?

The significance of art is today to convey the richness of the world and humanity, overcoming war and epidemics. 

Especially, to introduce the beautiful side of humans living in the natural world.

What would it be if you could change one thing about the art world?

That is to open the human heart from cruel and selfish desires.

What are your most significant professional achievements?

Winning the Best category prize of EWAAC (East West Art Award Competition) in London in 2015,

What do you wish to tell viewers about your work that might not come out explicitly? What do you hope to inspire with your artwork?

Through my works, I would like to let this secret of our world : 

Humans have happily coexisted with nature, from Religion to Transportation (carriage,train, airplane, ship, bus,etc.).

What advice would you give to the upcoming generation of artists?

Don’t look at people negatively and be not forgetful of communication.

In what direction would you like to see your career go in the next five years?

Shoot deeper and more exciting Religious and Fascinating Sights of the World.

Exhibit in multiple art museums and display on the internet.
